I didn’t want to work. I didn’t want to show up. I had £££££s worth of support but I felt numb to it all.
Everything felt like more noise. And I felt so ashamed that I couldn’t even bring myself to use the support I’d paid for.
Then my coach reached out: come to the call. We don’t even have to talk about business. So I did.
And for the first time, I didn’t need another strategy.
